CAIC SERIES: TEACHING AND LEARNING SERIES II

The second edition of the series reflects a continual contribution of the UMP expert in the teaching and learning activities. It can be divided into three major topics, which are from classroom to community, the management of teaching and learning, and the assessment. The first topic is presented by five innovations and findings related to the curriculum design and delivery methods based on constructive alignment involving important stakeholders. The second topic tackles the problem of the distribution of the examination timetable, to compliment the open registration system that has been practised in UMP for more than five years. The last topic was looking into the student evaluation and achievement in two different courses: Islamic Study and Mandarin. It is hoped that the professional sharing of the authors’ studies would be beneficial for various stakeholders.
