We’re using J&T Shipping Company (https://www.jtexpress.my/) or Poslaju Shipping Company (https://www.pos.com.my/send/pos-laju.html) for shipping all cities in West Peninsular Malaysia.
We process your order during business day from Mon to Friday except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday. All orders on Weekend or Public Holiday will be processed on the following business day.
It might take 2-3 working days to process your order, the process consists of checking of product, payment and packing the product before sending it to the shipping company. We are only accept cancellation within 24 hours after the date and time of purchasing. Any cancellation after 24 hours will not be entertain and we will process and ship out your order as per order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We are not responsible for any loss of the good after shipping company has delivered the parcel to the designated address and any wrong shipment information from customer.
Customer need to pay the shipping fee one more time if there is a mistake due to customer’s condition and refuse by customer.

We also cannot accept used product for refund or exchange, unless the product found defective or damage after assemble. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit. Costs to return items to Uzico Mart@Mohbeli.com are the responsibility of the customer.
